Collection and Aggregation of Data

  • Collects information related to energy utilization and building management of the facility in cooperation with large building surveillance equipment (BA), solar power generation and electricity storage equipment.
  • Collects operating status, energy consumption from various equipment and sensors in the building.
  • Conducts communication with each facility device based on IEEE1888 and realize interoperability independent of the communication protocol specific to the facility equipment.
  • Through the above functions, data aggregated from multiple buildings and different vendor facilities.

  User Interface

  • Provides user interfaces that are easy to understand about building management information such as energy saving effect, to not only building managers but also building users overall.
  • Provides exhibition signage function to visitors to introduce the characteristics and effects of buildings in an easy-to-understand manner.

【Digest display function】Displays necessary and comprehensive information (power consumption, power generation amount etc.), includes CO2 reduction amount and energy saving achievement degree.

【Real-time display function】Displays the real time data on the whole and each device in a visual and easy-to-understand manner.
B-1 Energy items
【Trend display function】Displays current power amount and target ratio. Also, it is possible to grasp the most recent change in the electricity amount on a 48 hour real-time graph in which trend comparison with yesterday is possible.
C-1 Energy items
【History function】Trends by aggregation unit such as device / floor / system are displayed in units of year / month / day. It is also possible to download historical data.
D-1 Time Period Report
【Characterization function】Displays "time period report " or "scatter plot " for each device in units of year / month / day to support users analysis works. It is also possible to download historical data.
